Menus change quarterly across nine restaurants, so this is a standing four-times-a-year booking rather than a project. The hard requirement is consistency — nine venues need to look like one group. Build the shot list and the grade once, then apply it everywhere.

- Own lighting — several rooms are very dark
- Repeatable grade across locations
- Available for all four quarterly windows
