Agents, brokerages and property managers. Continuous rather than seasonal — every listing is a job — with 24-hour delivery as the floor, not the promise.

Rights & compliance
What changes in property
The booking flow is identical in every market. The rights are not — which is the actual reason this is a vertical product and not a generic freelance board.
Default licence
- Copyright
- Creator retains
- Term
- Listing period

- local
- Exclusivity
- Non-exclusive
- Media included
- WebOrganic socialPrint

- Available, priced separately
The licence is tied to the listing and ends when the property comes off the market. This is the single most litigated term in the market, so the platform makes expiry explicit rather than leaving it implied.
Releases required
- property Required
Owner permission to photograph and publish, including interiors and any tenant-occupied unit.
- model Situational
Rarely applicable — occupied-property shoots should exclude occupants entirely.

- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- Drone registration and Remote ID
- LAANC authorisation in controlled airspace
- General liability — $1M–$2M
- Drone / aviation liability
- Errors and omissions
Licence expiry on delisting
A brokerage that keeps using listing photographs after the listing ends is a well-established infringement pattern — one such case produced an eight-figure jury award before settling. The platform models the expiry date as data so it can actually be enforced.
Fair housing in imagery
Federal guidance holds that human models may not be used to indicate exclusiveness and should reasonably represent both sexes, majority and minority groups, and families with children. It applies to digital platform advertising as well as print.
Digital alteration disclosure
Virtual staging and sky replacement are permitted with disclosure. A California statute effective January 2026 requires written disclosure of digitally altered listing photographs, and MLS rules carry their own penalties.
