Rights & compliance
What changes in hospitality
The booking flow is identical in every market. The rights are not — which is the actual reason this is a vertical product and not a generic freelance board.

- Non-exclusive

- Copyright buyout
- Available, priced separately
Property imagery is redistributed to booking platforms and travel partners, so the licence has to permit third-party redistribution explicitly or it will be breached the day it is delivered.
Releases required
- property Required
Owner or operator permission, including any leased restaurant space inside a hotel.
- model Required
Staff and any guest appearing in lifestyle imagery.
Credentials & cover
- Vendor registration
- Food-safety awareness for kitchen access
- General liability — $1M–$2M, operator often named as additional insured
Third-party redistribution
Booking platforms and travel partners ingest property imagery under their own terms. The grant needs to cover onward distribution rather than only the operator's own channels.
Accuracy in depiction
Materially misleading property imagery creates consumer-protection exposure for the operator. Heavy retouching of a room is a commercial risk, not just a taste question.
